Refund policy
Due to the delicate nature of our plants and trees, returns must be made within 1 day. If you require pick up of the item(s), there will be a pick up charge equivalent to the delivery charge to your area.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will require photo evidence of damaged items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We understand that plans can change; we will do our best to accommodate any cancellations or adjustments to your order. Please be aware if you need to make changes, they must be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 hours. If you cancel your order after fulfillment, a restocking fee of 20% of your order value will apply. Once your order is out for delivery, we are unable to cancel your order. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the damaged item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
