Local Delivery
When will my order be delivered?

Your order will typically be delivered the next day. We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please note that holidays may affect your delivery. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to bring you the best service and quality possible.
Where are you located?

We are proudly located in Frenchtown, NJ and Flemington, NJ. All our deliveries are direct from these locations.
Can you guarantee delivery dates?

all deliveries will be on specific requested dates.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you accidentally entered the wrong delivery address. We process orders quickly so it is essential to reach out to us immediately to make any necessary changes. The fastest way to get in touch with us is through the chat feature on our website.
Do I need to be there to receive my delivery?

No, you do not need to be present to receive your delivery. We will take a picture of delivery at all residential addresses to validate.
I am going away. Can you postpone delivery?

Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?

We understand that plans can change; we will do our best to accommodate any cancellations or adjustments to your order. Please be aware if you need to make changes, they must be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 hours. If you cancel your order after fulfillment, a restocking fee of 20% of your order value will apply. Once your order is out for delivery, we are unable to cancel your order. By placing your order with us, you agree to these terms.
Do you accept returns?

Due to the delicate nature of our plants and trees, we do not accept returns.

Plant Care
How often should I fertilize my plants?

Some plants require more frequent applications than others. Also, the type of
fertilizer you use can change how often you apply. In general, 1-2 applications per year will provide you with beautiful, healthy plants.
How much water do my plants need?

The amount of water your plant needs depends on your soil type, type of plant, and the current weather. In general, one deep watering per week will do the trick. The goal is to encourage deep route growth. If you are unsure, dig down a few inches next your plant to check if the soil is dry. Hot, dry climates may require more frequent waterings.
